I believe, firmly, that one can never have too many books, although some fear that my indulgence in bibliophilia has crossed over into hoarding. Nevertheless, I believe the quotation I once read, posted on a wall in City Lights Bookstore in San Francisco that says "The buying of more books than one can read is nothing less than the soul reaching toward infinity." --A. Edward Newton If this is true, then infinity lives in my garage, not to mention many rooms in my house.
